Chelsea’s true passion lies in adding to the well being of those around her. To pursue her passion, she enrolled in the Cardiovascular Therapy program at McMaster University. Upon realizing that a hospital setting wasn’t for her, she found her perfect match and career path in Massage Therapy.
Chelsea personally believes the most effective work is done slowly and that soft tissue needs time to respond and accept manipulation. Her clients are able to achieve deep mental and physical relaxation and relief through her style of treatment of focused, deep massage and rhythmic techniques.
Chelsea has a very positive and grounded outlook on life, which reflects greatly in her work. Recognizing where the root of the problem starts and learning to listen to the body
is one of the most difficult but vital skills in life. Helping her clients to come in to self awareness, she works together with them to build a productive health and wellness maintenance plan.
She loves sharing stories about food, travel, nature, experiences and life and believes the fundamental factors in living a fully fulfilled life are health and laughter.
Chelsea is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
